A hands-on course from a member of our Service team, plus setup support from the Samples team. This teaches new operators of our print systems everything they need to know to get up and running with common operations, with a wealth of practical sessions led by experienced engineers.

Print system maintenance training

2 day course

A hands-on course from a member of our Service team, plus setup support from the Samples team. This is a two day session showing you how to handle complete maintenance of your print system. Day one covers all the required theory and day two teaches you what to look out for and how to fix the common issues.

OEM basic training

3 day course

This course includes all of the elements needed to design and develop your own inkjet printing system based on Konica Minolta printheads. Time is spent in both the classroom and practical sessions in the laboratory. Our experienced team will show you the key points of good system design, as well as how to troubleshoot and optimise inkjet systems for best results.
