Drive electronics and software
IIJ supply drive electronics solutions for the entire range of Konica Minolta Printheads. These contain the hardware and software required to perform everything from basic research to complete turnkey print solutions.

Ink delivery systems
Industrial Inkjet ink systems are designed for use with Konica Minolta printheads. They provide precisely controlled ink flow essential for optimum printhead performance, and are suitable for stand alone use or integration into full print systems.
The ink systems are available in a range of configurations according to the number of printheads and ink colours supported, allowing a flexible approach to print or machine design. Main features include:
Consistent print quality
Precise meniscus vacuum control ensures reliable printhead operation and consistent print quality.
Clear, immediate feedback
Clearly visible coloured LEDs provide constant feedback on the status of the ink system alerting the operator to any events requiring attention.
Easy ink refilling
Easy to use with simple access for refilling ink, allowing continuous printing through the ink refilling process which makes these ink systems suitable for use during the design and development phase, for long-term print reliability testing, or as part of the final machine design.
Great performance with any ink
Constructed from chemically inert materials, including FEP and PTFE, the ink systems provide reliable performance with an extremely wide range of fluids.
Recirculating option
Recirculating version available for use with white inks or other fluids with heavy pigments.
Degassing option
For aqueous inks and high frequency applications, a high efficiency degassing version is also available.
