XYPrint Systems


The XYPrint systems from Industrial Inkjet are complete, high-accuracy inkjet systems ideal for process development, print research, direct-product decoration, material deposition/additive manufacturing and low volume production. Using Konica Minolta inkjet printheads for highest possible accuracy, repeatability and reliability, they are designed to cover the widest possible range of process parameters.

They offer fully flexible control of printhead setup, print parameters and ink drying/curing, combined with high speed, high accuracy motion. As standard they come with a simple syringe-based ink system for rapid change of ink type and minimal ink wastage.



XYPrint 100


The XYPrint 100 is a simple, compact printing system, that allows lab development testing with Konica Minolta Printheads. Main features include:
  • A4 vacuum chuck size
  • Scan speed 0- 0.5 m/sec
  • Electronics and software drive for up to 4 printheads
  • Single-pass and multi-pass print capability
  • UV light impervious enclosure
  • LED curing system available

    XYPrint 300


    The more advanced XYPrint 300 is an extremely flexible unit for single pass process development or small-scale production. Main features include:
    • A3 vacuum chuck size
    • Granite bed for highest accuracy and stability
    • Scan speed 0 – 1.2 m/sec minimum
    • Electronics and software drive for up to 8 printheads
    • True single-pass and multi-pass print capability
    • UV light impervious enclosure
    • LED pinning; LED Full cure; Arc Lamp; or NIR curing available
    • Options for fully controlled ink system; heated vacuum bed;
    • HEPA filter positive air system

    High Flexibility

    Designed to work with the entire current range of Konica Minolta printheads, the XYPrint 300 can accommodate a wide range of inks, curing technologies and applications. In addition it can be easily upgraded from a simple syringe ink system to a bulk ink delivery system, so processes developed can be scaled up from R&D to pilot production without the need for redesign.

    Innovative design

    The XYPrint 300 is designed to work for you. With its sleek external appearance, this machine can utilise the latest inkjet technology from Konica Minolta. Inside it contains a granite bed, on which is mounted a pair of high specification linear motors for accurate, high quality printing at high speeds.

    High productivity

    Capitalising on the compact, high output Konica Minolta printheads, the XYPrint 300 can decorate up to 100 cm2 of product per second.
