Samples.
To help you find the right solution, we have perfected our multi-step sample process. Our print samples lab includes XY scanning, single-pass machines and web transport presses. We will provide print samples on your material from your image files.
Consultation
We discuss with you your market & application, requesting materials and high quality image files.
Printing Booked In
Once the materials arrive, the job is booked in and we give you an estimated lead time for completion.
Ink Chosen
Depending on market & application, we choose the right ink for the job.
Production Setting
The samples are printed in a production environment, under multiple different parameters.
Report Back
The samples & report are sent back to the customer for review.
Repeated If Required
A second set could be printed if required at high-speed, roll-to-roll.
The Process.
Current lead time is around 4 weeks, subject to change. Initial samples are free, however follow up samples may be charged. We use pre-approved inks, ink testing for your own inks is charged. 3D parts or sheets can only be tested at a max speed of 60m/min. IIJ do not carry all peripheral types, we will provide a report based on the closest possible approximation of your production environment.
We work with you to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process that fits your schedule. This can be provided either on site or remotely. Our teams are available for any questions you may have about your equipment, providing quick and accurate infomation at all stages. Once arrived, we provide you with a helpful infomation pack.
