Materials Operative - Part time
Are you organised, hands-on, and enjoy keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Materials Operative to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations. From goods-in and stock control to picking, packing and dispatch, you’ll help ensure materials are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. You’ll also get involved in small mechanical assembly and goods inspection, making this a varied role with plenty to get stuck into. If you’re practical, reliable, safety-conscious and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Graduate Engineer - Full time
The Graduate Engineer will participate in a structured engineering development programme designed to provide practical experience across manufacturing, laboratory testing and customer service functions. The role will develop a broad understanding of the design, manufacture, operation and support of the company's industrial inkjet printing systems.

Being a graphic designer at IIJ has taught me a lot in a very short span of time. Being able to explore such a range of disciplines from videography all the way to editorial work and web design has been really rewarding. Despite IIJ being an industrial manufacturing company, everyone has been so welcoming of a creative role, taking the time to understand my specialism and work alongside me. IIJ really cares for their staff, always supporting both your day to day projects and long-term progression.
I have worked for IIJ for 12 years, starting as a part-time Receptionist/Office Administrator through to my current role of HR Manager. IIJ have supported me in many ways over the years – my career progression studying level 3 and 5 of People Management, and also my personal life whenever I have needed it. I strive to carry on that legacy – ensuring the team have support throughout their time here. IIJ is a small but very unique company, filled with very talented, inspiring colleagues who genuinely care for and champion each other.
I joined Industrial Inkjet in 2011 as a Senior Inkjet Technician and have progressed through a number of leadership roles, including Print Manager, Production & Test Manager, Operations Manager, and now Operations Director. Every stage of my journey has brought new challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities to learn. What makes IIJ a rewarding place to work is the trust placed in its people, the variety of the work, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both the business and our customers.
