Sounds Good?
If you think you could be IIJ's next graduate trainee, email us your CV and cover letter at recruitment@industrialij.com.
Unlike larger organisations where graduates can find themselves in a narrow role, here you’ll gain genuine exposure across the business from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, senior leaders, and management, giving you the opportunity to understand how technology, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial decisions come together to deliver real products.
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, get involved, take ownership and learn directly from some of the most experienced people in the industry. With regular exposure to senior and management members, you’ll develop not only your technical capability, but also a broad understanding of how a successful technology-led manufacturing business operates.
