The Compact
ColourPrint.
For systems with print widths between 72-149mm we offer the Compact, this is used widely for printing passports, ID cards, edge bands, blinds, chair components and greeting cards. Supplied with 19” rack based electronics and ink systems, designed for seamless OEM integration or can be supplied in a separate server cabinet.
Retrofitting
With such a small footprint, this module can be easily slotted into existing systems.
Rack-able
With the electronics & ink system easily rack-able, you can leave room to add future colours.
The Medium ColourPrint.
The Medium CP supports print widths up to 770mm. It is used for wider web applications such as for labels, flexible packaging, blister foil, wallpaper and also wooden flooring. Supplied with either 19” rack based electronics and ink system or for the widest print widths, with full height enclosures including the option for a 20 litre ink supply system for higher volume production.
Wider Web
The medium supports a variety of wider web applications, from flooring and wallpaper to blister foil.
Ink Variety
By supporting both UV-curable and aqueous inks, this module is versatile across security, furniture and more.
Water-Based Inks.
IIJ uses both pigmented water-based and polymeric (latex-like) water-based inks depending on application. For primary food packaging applications where paper or moulded pulp is used, the pigmented water-based inks are a great low-cost, maintainable option. For brighter and greater colour density, polymeric inks can be the better choice depending on application type and your local, regional or global regulatory requirements.
Ready For Greyscale?
A wide range of MonoPrint options.
Ideally suited for coding, marking, variable data or multi-language texts, printing with single-colour black (or other single colours) is a low-cost way to add digital inkjet printing into your portfolio.
