Industrial Inkjet MonoPrint UV varnishing allows you to selectively apply spot varnish on demand to any print run. All Industrial Inkjet machines use Konica Minolta printheads for quality, precision
and high reliability - whilst our prints are already of exceptional quality, UV varnish adds a glossy and hard wearing protective layer, ideal for applications such as ID cards and labels.
The compact MonoPrint Varnish module is available in three print widths- 72, 142 and 282mm - all of which allows you to print variable data with selective varnishing on a wide range of materials.

IIJ print engines are designed to be easily integrated into the customer’s existing production line or equipment:
Printhead unit slides out for simple, rapid and easy
cleaning. Slides and cleaning tray included.
Ink and electronics cabinets can be mounted within
the customer’s production equipment.
An alternative stand alone trolley is available.
Flexible conduit 3m long between supply cabinets
and printhead unit.
Only two signals needed—shaft encoder and print
trigger.
Ink supply bottles can be changed without stopping
print. Bottles can be 1L or 2L size.
Supplied with full variable image software (barcodes, numbering,
addressing, database), colour linearisation and ICC profile.
Standard UV inks and varnishes provide excellent print quality,
adhesion and wear resistance on most plastic materials, often withoutany pre-treatment.
Customised versions available on request—different print speeds, print widths, number of colours and print resolution.
