   Head Plates

IIJ manufactures a range of standard head plates for KM512 X Chassis, KM512 Y Chassis and KM1024 printheads.

Basic configurations available from stock are:-

  2 Wide x 2 Deep
  4 Wide x 1 Deep
  1 Wide x 4 Deep

We also can supply matching purge/capping plates suitable for use with solvent or water-based ink (generally these plates are NOT required with UV inks)

All our plates use a very simple, quick alignment mechanism that allows heads to be adjusted and rotated to an accuracy of better than 10micron.

We can also supply drawing packs for our head plate designs.

We are happy to quote for custom head plate designs.
