Industrial Inkjet provides complete inkjet print engines to machinery builders and integrators. Industrial Inkjet ColourPrint and MonoPrint machines give superior print quality and the highest levels of reliability in a wide range of sheet and web applications. The ColourPrint and MonoPrint 72 products are ideal for printing of standard sized cards. Resolution of upto 1440dpi colour or speeds of upto 2m/second monochrome are available. Colourprint and Card Machines Industrial Inkjet print engines are designed to integrate quickly and smoothly into a wide variety of card transport systems. They are designed to allow our customers to quickly add a “digital module” to their product range. Only a shaft encoder and print trigger signal are needed to synchronise the print engine to the transport system. Industrial Inkjet will work with our customer to ensure integration is simple and straightforward. Industrial Inkjet recommends a number of different ink suppliers to ensure suitable inks are available for all card materials. Our print sample laboratory allows our customers to quickly check the best "recipe" for their exact application - so minimising any risk. Our experience enables us to achieve very high levels of ink adhesion and rub-resistance, while minimising cost-per-print.
