The installation provides demonstrations and training to clients and potential clients seeking convenient digital printing solutions. The demonstration centre offers hands-on experience with Konica Minolta printheads and in-depth customer training.
IIJ inkjet print engines are available in a variety of print widths to support applications. The company has over 150 unit installations worldwide.
John Corrall, Managing Director and founder of IIJ, said: “We’re delighted to announce this partnership with Aztech, which will enable customers to see at first hand the massive benefits of high-speed, full colour single pass inkjet printing capabilities.”
He added: “These engines are popular digital printing modules for existing or new transport systems capable of speeds of more than 250 feet per minute. The modules and base systems are both available in wider widths as well. Our print engines have been successfully integrated onto a variety of flexographic presses such as Nilpeter, Focus and Mark Andy providing a hybrid printing solution.”
“With variable data capability, applications include printing labels, barcodes, packaging and product decoration of either flexible or rigid substrates. The engines are available in monochrome or four-colours with options of white and varnish printing.”
Laura Kitzmann, IIJ’s Business Development Manager, based Denver, said: “We look forward to welcoming interested people to our Las Vegas facility. They’ll be most impressed with the system and appreciate the opportunities to learn more about how inkjet works, our systems and the printheads available from Konica Minolta.”
