Customer Support Engineer (USA)

Based in the USA and working remotely but associated with the team based in the UK, the engineer must be self-motivated and have a proven track record in managing a wide variety of customer situations.  The role will require technical support and site visits to customers across USA but it is not confined to these areas.

This role has contract / self-employed status.
