IIJ Managing Director John Corrall said: “We actually started work with Technopack (Martinenghi) way back in 2009, so it’s really great to see the new machine launched.
“One thing that has impressed IIJ staff during this time is the focused dedication that Martinenghi brought to the project.
“This was never just a ‘research project’. It wasn’t an experiment or a trial. It was a development with a very clear goal – a full-specification production system. Martinenghi always knew what they wanted to achieve. They know their market and they have a long and successful background in the creation of high quality production tube manufacturing equipment.
“With the integration of Konica Minolta inkjet technology and our expertise they have produced a solid reliable machine that performs exactly as required in this demanding market.”
